Our check in experience was horrible. Antonio wasn’t patient at all. I booked 3 rooms under 3 different names. And it was easier for him to say no rooms available rather than looking through his list to find our last names. I had to tell him to cool down and be less mean. Not asking for kindness just be less mean. Other than him, everything else was good. Location superb, rooms clean though their breakfast is nothing to talk about.

A delightful hotel a short cab ride from Porto Nuevo and a short walk via Via Maria Teresa to Piazza San Carlo. The reception desk is open 24 hours, and the people are most helpful. There are various types of rooms; the furnishings are modern and well designed. My room had a balcony with plants, and there were live plants all over, and the landings on each floor were neatly decorated. A very nice breakfast is served from 7-10 in the large basement.

Probably the best overall hotel experience I’ve ever had. The building and grounds were beautiful and lovingly cared for. The large garden and pool were gorgeous yet comfortable and relaxing. The service was so good that twice we asked for something which they didn’t have; instead of just telling us that, they ran down the street to get it. And of course the town is very charming but not too touristy. Our group felt lucky to have found this gem.

Super location and easy to communicate. The only problem was there were no air conditioning in the room we hired (we did not pay attention to descriptions maybe) there were the fan at the ceiling instead. The hotel is like a labyrinth. And super clean!

Excellent location, about 10 minutes to the Museo Egizio, about 15 minutes walk from Porta Nuova. Quite noisy if you're on the road side of the hotel but not too awful. The shower cubicle was quite small, so hair washing was a bit of a squeeze. The room was immaculate though, and well cleaned every day. No air con but the ceiling fan was sufficient for the small single room. Breakfast was ok. The staff I encountered were friendly enough.

Great location in the centre, sadly the room was extremely hot and the aircon didn’t do much. Staff are exceptionally rude and insist on you leaving your key with them when you leave. I’ve never encountered a ruder hotel staff in my travels, was a bit off putting.

Stayed here just for one night whilst on Business from the UK. Arrived quite late, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Room basic but really clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom all spotlessly clean. Breakfast nice and plentiful. Hotel is next a restaurant so really convenient when arriving late in the evening (I liked the fact that hotel guest can access the restaurant through a small door and narrow passage next to the lifts!). Restaurant was goods as well, nice food, good beer and friendly staff...reasonably priced as well, as was the hotel. Would stay here again.
